MELBOURNE FOOD AND WINE FESTIVAL

Our Melbourne lives are so closely intertwined with Port Phillip Bay and yet most of our community are unaware of the bounty it can provide.

Chefs Ashley Davis, Sascha Rust (Copper Pot Seddon), Slowfood Melbourne and our very own Rosa Mitchell partner to explore our most local environment.

A cocktail style event held within sardine fisherman Phil McAdams' boat shed, will hero the seafood available from our bay. Sardines caught by Phil, as well as urchin, whiting, mussels and wakame – dependant of course on the catch of that week.  
 
Using the boatshed's wood fire, the food will highlight respect for our most local ingredients.
